High-powered floating handheld

With 6W of transmit power, the IC-M37E is well-suited to longer-range communication. The strong 700mW audio output helps received voice remain clear and audible, even in busy, windy, or engine-noisy environments.

Large keys and easy-grip design

The IC-M37E is sized for practical on-water handling, with large keys and a secure grip. The big LCD makes it easy to check channel numbers and status icons at a glance. It’s rugged enough for tougher use while still being straightforward for casual users.

Channel history function

The radio stores the last five channels used, making it quick to return to commonly used channels without scrolling through menus.

Buoyant with flashing red LED

If the radio is accidentally dropped into the water, it floats and can be located more easily thanks to a flashing red LED, plus LCD and key backlighting.

AquaQuake water draining function

Built to a high dust and waterproof protection rating, the IC-M37E also includes an AquaQuake water-draining function to help clear water away from the speaker grille, reducing the chance of the speaker becoming waterlogged.

Flexible charging options

The supplied rechargeable battery is designed to provide more than 12 hours of operating time (typical use). The radio is supplied with a drop-in charger and can be powered via mains (PSU supplied) as well as onboard charging options, including USB-powered charging, for versatile recharging on the go.

Optional programming service

If you would like custom channel programming, we offer an optional programming service for an additional charge. Please provide your channel licence details when requesting this service.
