By using this website, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About us
Inflatable Boat Fishing Ltd sells inflatable boats, outboard engines and marine fishing accessories. Product information, pricing and availability may change at any time, but we will always honour the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order (unless there is an obvious error, see section 4).
2. Using this website
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.
3. Creating an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email and payment has been successfully authorised, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- an item is out of stock or discontinued
- there is a pricing or listing error
- we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
- delivery cannot be arranged to your address
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you promptly using the original payment method.
4. Prices and VAT (pricing is inclusive of VAT)
All prices on this website are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless we clearly state otherwise.
If a price is obviously incorrect due to a mistake (for example, an expensive item listed at a very low price), we may cancel the order and refund you. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you want it even tighter, you can add this final line under it:
“Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are added to the total where applicable.”
5. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal (and any additional methods displayed at checkout).
If you choose PayPal, you agree to PayPal’s terms as part of completing payment through their service.
6. Pre orders and back orders
Some items may be listed as pre order, back order, or “next shipment” items. Estimated dates are provided as guidance and can change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance, or courier delays.
If you place a pre order:
- you may be charged immediately, or the payment may be authorised and captured later, depending on the payment method and checkout settings
- we will keep you updated where reasonable
- if we cannot fulfil within a reasonable time, you may request a refund for the unfulfilled item(s)
7. Delivery
Delivery options, prices and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.
You must ensure:
- the delivery address is accurate
- someone is available where required
- access is suitable for the delivery type, especially for larger items
Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and the damage.
8. International orders
For delivery outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. These are not controlled by us and are not usually included in the price shown at checkout unless stated.
9. Returns and refunds
Your rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Change of mind (consumer purchases):
If you are a UK consumer, you normally have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must tell us clearly. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Conditions:
- items must be returned in a resalable condition where possible
- you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- we may deduct a reasonable amount if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them
- Exceptions:
Some items may be excluded from change of mind returns for hygiene, customisation, safety, or where sealed items have been opened, where permitted by law.
Faulty or incorrect items:
If goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
10. Warranty and product support
Some products include manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms may differ by product and brand.
For Hydrus boats, we provide the following warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page:
- 5 year warranty on tubes
- 1 year warranty on fixings
- Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover:
- misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or unauthorised repairs
- punctures or damage caused by impact, abrasion, or external objects
- normal wear and tear
- damage from incorrect inflation or use outside recommended limits
- You must follow any care, safety, and operating guidance provided.
11. Safety and correct use
Boating and fishing involve inherent risk. You are responsible for using products safely and appropriately, including:
- wearing suitable personal flotation devices
- checking conditions and local regulations
- operating engines within rating limits
