Overview

The Hydrus H7 Camo 370 Air Lite is, in essence, the proven H1 model with key H7 add ons. You get the same straightforward, reliable H1 foundation that anglers love, but with the H7 raised bow added for extra protection from splash and a more comfortable, drier ride. It is the clean, lightweight option in the H7 range and saves £200 compared with the Pro.

The H7 add ons that matter

Raised bow upgrade (5cm)

The bow has been lifted by 5cm, helping deflect spray and keeping you drier, especially when pushing through chop or a headwind.

H1 foundation with an air deck setup

The Air Lite keeps the original H1 specification in place, focusing on the essentials that make the Hydrus such a capable fishing platform. It uses the original H1 air deck and original H1 glued seams, giving you a dependable, no fuss setup that is lighter, quick to inflate, and ideal for easy transport and storage.

Clean layout for anglers

The Lite models stay uncluttered by design. Railblaza RIBPorts are removed and D rings are removed, keeping the tubes clean and reducing snag points for lines and hooks. It also means you only pay for the accessories you actually want, when you want them.

Who the 370 Air Lite is for

The 370 Air Lite is ideal for anglers who want a compact boat that stays simple, lightweight, and easy to manage. It is perfect if you launch solo, need a lighter setup for car loading, or prefer a clean base boat that you can customize gradually.

Tender suitability

A brilliant compact tender for marina transfers and quick shore access when you want something light, simple and easy to store onboard. The 3.7m size is very manageable for launching and recovery, and the air deck keeps everything quick to pack down and stow while still giving a stable platform at pontoons. Best suited to 1 to 2 adults plus a small amount of kit.

If you think you’ll want to add fishing accessories, the Pro models come with pre installed Railblaza RIBPorts, but the Lite remains a clean, straightforward tender setup that’s easy to live with on a yacht.

Is the H7 Camo 370 Air Lite suitable for sea fishing?

Yes – it’s built specifically for sea fishing, with the raised bow helping reduce spray and improve comfort when pushing through chop or a headwind.

What’s the main difference between Lite and Pro?

Lite is intentionally clean and uncluttered. Compared with Pro, Lite removes items like pre installed Railblaza RIBPorts and D rings so you get fewer snag points and only add accessories if and when you want them.

Can I add fishing accessories later?

Yes. The Lite is a clean base boat you can customise gradually. If you want a factory setup with pre installed Railblaza RIBPorts, the Pro models are the better starting point.

Can I change the deck later?

Yes. The original H1 floor support rails remain, allowing alternate deck options to be fitted later. You can add an Ally Deck or Air Deck further down the line using the links above.

Is it suitable as a yacht tender?

Yes – it’s a compact, lightweight tender option that’s easy to launch and recover, packs down quickly, and suits 1 to 2 adults plus a small amount of kit.
