Grapnel Anchor Kit

Overview

The IBF Grapnel Anchor Kit is a complete anchoring solution for your SIB, giving you everything you need to securely anchor up on the water. Built around a compact 1.5kg folding grapnel anchor, you can choose the chain and warp lengths that suit your typical depths and launch spots.

What’s Included

• 1.5kg folding grapnel anchor made from durable galvanized steel with 4 flukes to grip the seabed
• Marine-grade 6mm anchor chain (choose 1m, 2m, 3m, or 4m)
• Premium 10mm nylon anchor rope – warp (choose 10m, 20m, or 30m)
• Storage bag to keep the kit organized

Why a Folding Grapnel Anchor Works So Well

The folding grapnel design stows compactly when not in use, then deploys its flukes for anchoring. When set, the flukes dig into sand, mud, or rocky bottoms to help hold your SIB in place.

Choosing the Right Chain and Warp Length

• Recommended chain length: 1.5x the length of your SIB
• Choose chain and rope lengths based on the depths you anchor in most often
• The high-strength rope includes a spliced eye on one end for easy attachment to your SIB

Built for Marine Use

Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials, this anchor kit is designed to deliver reliable performance season after season.
