Overview

One of the simplest ways to mount a transducer on a SIB is with a Railblaza short transducer arm paired with either a StarPort or a QuikPort, giving you a flexible setup that’s easy to position and adjust for clean sonar readings.

Choose your port option

• StarPort option – screws into the transom for a more secure, permanent fix.
• QuikPort option – uses the supplied VHB pad and works best on a smooth, shiny transom surface.

Recommended mounting position

• Mount on the right-hand side of the engine – helps reduce interference from prop wash and keeps sonar returns cleaner.

How it fits your setup

• Adjustable transducer placement – lets you set the transducer depth and angle for more reliable readings.
• Ideal for SIB installs – keeps the transducer mount tidy and practical on compact transoms.

Compatibility note

• Minor fitting may be required – depending on your fishfinder brand the transducer arm may need small modifications for the transducer to sit correctly.
