We’re now into November and you’d think the lure fishing would be as good as finished for the winter?

Not today!

Launched off Beadnell beach with Davey and decided to stay on our local marks between Beadnell point and the Newton Buoy for what turned out to be a surprisingly fantastic day on the lures catching big cod.

The day was so good, we lost track of how far we’d travelled because of the amount of fish were catching between us, I ended up having to tow Davey back to the start to save time instead of him using his motor!
