Overview

The RAILBLAZA Light iPS Starboard is a compact, battery-powered port/starboard navigation light designed for boats where wiring is inconvenient – especially inflatables and small craft. It mounts to the RAILBLAZA system so you can fit it when needed and remove it for storage or transport.

Operation modes

Choose the lighting mode to suit your situation:
• Bi-colour port/starboard mode
• Port light only mode
• Starboard light only mode

Battery life tips

To maximise runtime, use the single-side modes when appropriate:
• Bi-colour port/starboard mode – up to 14 hours
• Port-only mode – up to 28 hours
• Starboard-only mode – up to 28 hours

Mounting notes

This light requires a compatible RAILBLAZA mounting base/port (sold separately). If you already run StarPort/SidePort/RIBPort/RailMount positions on your inflatable, it’s an easy add-on for night visibility.

Does it come with batteries?

No. It is powered by 3 x AA batteries, which are not included.

Is it waterproof?

Yes – it is waterproof to 1 metre.

If I drop it overboard, will it float?

Yes – it floats with the lens clear of the water.

Do I need a RAILBLAZA mount to use it?

Yes – it fits any RAILBLAZA mounting port, which is ordered separately.
